London Makeup Institute is renowned for being an Award Winning Makeup school with professional makeup training centre in London, Dubai and plans to open in Los Angeles later this year. LMI was founded by Celebrity Makeup Artist, Entrepreneur and YouTube Guru – Uzma Yakoob. Working in the fashion industry for nearly two decades, Uzma has worked with the biggest names in media, fashion and as well as celebrities.
London Makeup Institute (formerly known as Sculpt Beauty Academy) became an addition to the Sculpt Beauty brand 14 years ago. Specialising in short, intensive makeup courses designed for those who wanted to pursue a career in makeup artistry, LMI grew a rapid distinction in high quality courses designed to create confident makeup artists in a short space of time.
The London Makeup Institute was established in London first and then went onto opening its second establishment in Dubai due to much demand from across the world. 14 years on, LMI attracts students from all over the world and we are proud to say we have successful graduates all over the globe.
LMI’s beauty courses include hair and makeup courses, wedding, Asian bridal and fashion make-up. All our courses are structured and designed around our students and to ensure that they learn the skills and techniques used by celebrity makeup artists, as well as understand and gain knowledge in this field.
LMI are supported and Accredited by BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmotology). Our certification is recognised worldwide and elevates the status of our graduates.
